oooo I love anatomy studies. I always have found it facinating to draw.....like really draw, keeping in mind muscle groups etc. Cos, yeah, if you take my mouse away, I have no artistic talent -lol-

good luck for your midterm thing!


a "bursa" is at a joint ... for example where your humerus (upper arm bone) is connected to the scapula (your shoulder bone) ... it contains the synovial-fluid --- so you can move the arm properly ... i don't know the english word for it, in german (my mothertongue) it would be alot easier to explain ... bursa means "capsule" in english ;)

yeah theres one under the acromion isn't it. Ah .... i thought the synovial layer inside the articular capsules made the synovial fluid ... guess they both do ... i saw these bursas in my anatomy book and I went 'huh ... ?' :)
